HOW TO REGISTER 

1. Online: Click HERE to use our online form to register for Private Lessons, Group Classes and Ensembles.                                                      
2. Phone-In:  Call (909) 624-3012, Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. or Saturday 9am to 1pm 
    
   
3. Mail-In:  Complete a registration form and mail with your check, money order or credit card information to:

1. Walk-In: Visit us at 951 W. Foothill Blvd. (between Mountain Avenue and Towne Avenue) Monday through Friday, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.                                                                                                                                                                                                            
   
2.  Fax-In: Fax a completed registration form to (909) 624-3502

We accept all major credit cards and ACH payments.  First time students will be placed on a waiting list to determine their instructor prior to enrollment for individual lessons, group classes, or ensembles. Feel free to CONTACT US.

NEW STUDENTS

New students wanting to taking private lessons, group classes or ensembles should CONTACT US for counseling and a teacher referral prior to enrollment. Once a lesson day and time have been arranged, the registration form and payment of all fees should be submitted.
