Preparing for the event

1. Head over to the Mayor's Recital Trivia Night & Fundraiser Live Stream.

2. Participate in the YouTube comments throughout the night, especially if you want to enter chances to win prizes / auction items!

3. When the Live Stream begins, return to this page.

4. In the form below; please then enter your email address and your Team Name.

5. Indicate that this first form-submission is for "Team Name Submission".

6. After filling in your Team Name, click Submit at the bottom of the form. This will be the process you use for every Trivia round.
