CCSM Facility Rental

Here at CCSM, Huff Recital Hall is available to rent with a minimum of 4 hours of rental time. After the 4 hour period, the rental rate per hour is $100. First t-time clients are also required to pay a $100 security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded after the event  as long as all conditions for facility use have been met. Note: William J. Huff Hall at CCSM maximum seating capacity is 75.

Cancellation reminder: 

- Cancellation on the day of the event will be subject to forfeit of 100%  of rental fee.

- Cancellation requests made less than one month prior to the date of the event will be subject to a $25 booking fee.
