NOTE: Summer music classes and private lessons are non-refundable and must be paid for in advance.  There are no make-ups for student missed lessons.

Welcome to the online registration page for 2024 Summer Private Music Lessons at CCSM!  This registration page is to be used for CURRENT CCSM STUDENTS. Please make sure that you have had a discussion with your child's private teacher regarding specific lesson dates and times before using this form to register.  It is important to note that this is a scheduling form.  Once the CCSM office staff reviews your submission, you will receive an emailed invoice for payment of the first month's lessons.
