How to Register
New Students - Private Lessons
New students wanting to taking private lessons should call CCSM at (909) 624-3012 or e-mail us at info@claremontmusic.org for counseling and a teacher referral prior to registering. Once a lesson day and time have been arranged, the registration form and payment of all fees should be submitted.

1. Phone-In: Call (909) 624-3012, Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
2. Mail-In: Complete registration form and mail with your check, money order or credit card information to:

3. Walk-In: Visit us at 951 W. Foothill Blvd. (between Mountain Avenue and Towne Avenue) Monday through Friday, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
4. Fax-In: Fax completed registration form to (909) 624-3502.
