How to Register
New Students - Private Lessons
New students wanting to taking private lessons should call CCSM at (909) 624-3012 or e-mail us at info@claremontmusic.org for counseling and a teacher referral prior to registering. Once a lesson day and time have been arranged, the registration form and payment of all fees should be submitted.

Registration Process

There are 5 easy ways to register: 

 

1.     On-line: On-line registration may be available for some private & group classes. Please click Fall/Winter/Spring Registrations link on this website.

    

2.     Phone-In:  Call (909) 624-3012, Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

 

3.     Mail-In:  Complete registration form and mail with your check, money order or credit card information to:

4.     Walk-In: Visit us at 951 W. Foothill Blvd. (between Mountain Avenue and Towne Avenue) Monday through Friday, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

 

5.     Fax-In: Fax completed registration form to (909) 624-3502.

 

 

We accept VISA, Mastercard & Discover. First time students will need to determine their instructor prior to registering for individual lessons. Call the school @ (909) 624-3012 or e-mail us at info@claremontmusic.org
