Description 45-Minute Private Lessons - MASTER (Minimum of 12 Lessons) Please call the school office, if registering for less than 12 lessons. Requirements Student must have day and time prearranged with instructor before registering. Hours & Sessions Arrange with instructor Lesson Start Date (For Private Lessons: Must have scheduled date and time prearranged with your instructor.)

Payment Options I will pay tuition, material and registration fees in full today. I will pay for the first 4 lessons, material and registration fees today. I authorize CCSM to charge future monthly payments to my credit card on the 1st of every month until balance is paid in full. I will pay for the first 4 lessons, material and registration fees today. CCSM will mail monthly statements. I will submit payment by check or credit card by the 1st of the month. ( A late fee of $25 will be applied if the payment is not received by the 10th of the month)
