Debut 1981 at Carnegie Recital hall; Visiting Artist, North CarolinaARTEMIS BELIAN BEDROS originally from the Middle East, Ms. Bedros began her musical studies at the age of eight as a scholarship student of Mme. Marie Rieu, the noted pianist and member of the Jury of the National Conservatory of Paris. Since her debut recital at the age of eleven, her performances here and abroad have established her as a sensitive as well as brilliant and exciting recitalist, chamber musician and orchestral soloist. Jane Zitnick of the Fayettville Observer wrote “the exceptionally talented pianist, Artemis Bedros, gave a performance of the Beethoven Emperor Concerto that was certainly a highpoint in the symphony’s history”.
Ms. Bedros holds a Diploma from the Ecole Normale de Musique, Beirut Lebanon, Bachelor of Music in performance from Detroit Institute of Musical Arts; diploma from Fontainbleau School of Music in Fontainbleau, France; Graduate studies at Juilliard School of Music; Masters Degree from University of North Carolina and DMA studies at the University of Maryland. She has worked with such nationally and internationally distinguished musicians as Mieczyslaw Munz, Jean Cassadesus, George Kiorpes, Peter Schickele, Nadia Boulanger and Dr. Stewart Gordon.
From 1980-83, as Visiting Artist at the Robeson Technical College in Lumberton, North Carolina, Artemis Bedros gave over 100 concerts, lecture recitals, radio and television performances and interviews throughout the state. In 1981 she gave her debut recital at Carnegie Recital Hall in New York.
Artemis Bedros is Nationally Certified Master Teacher and has been on the faculties
Of: Detroit Institute of Musical Arts; Robeson Technical College Lumberton, North Carolina; St. Andrews College in Laurinburg, N.C. ; and University of North Carolina where she had teaching fellowship. Since 1993, Ms. Bedros has been teaching at the Claremont Community School of Music.
She is very active in community musical organizations, serving as President of: Tuesday Musicale of Pasadena; the Armenian Allied Arts Association; USC Friends of Armenian Music; Music Teachers of California, Pomona Branch; State Vice President of Professional Music Teachers Association; and has held the position of Vice President in charge of Education for Master Classes International and the Rachmaninoff International Piano Competition in Los Angeles.

| Danielle Rosaria Cummins, M.A. is a violinist who has performed throughout Southern California with orchestras such as the Riverside County Philharmonic and the Idyllwild Arts Academy Orchestra as well as in Austria, Slovakia, and Hungary with the Classical Music Festival. In 2005, she won the advanced category of the Youth String Competition in Temecula and the graduate division of the Rudolph Polk Memorial Award in Claremont. During the past four years, she has been invited to play at Our Lady of the Angels in Los Angeles. In 2007, she was a soloist on The Music of Life, a Christian production which appeared on television and in 2008 she collaborated with violinist/composer Sarah Wallin to write the original sound track for The Visit, a short film which appeared in the "168 Hour Film Festival" . Ms. Cummins is currently studying violin with Todor Pelev, first prize winner of Bulgaria's National Violin Competition. She teaches at the Claremont Community School of Music where she is faculty coordinator for the strings department. She also teaches at the University of La Verne and privately. Her students range in age from 6 to +50. She is currently pursuing a DMA in Historical Performance Practice - Violin, at Claremont Graduate University. |

| At 14 years old Seth became the protege of world reknown jazz guitarist Jimmy Bruno. Subsequently, he was a protege of acclaimed pianist, educator and author Jimmy Amadie. Has taught guitar, harmony and improvisation for over a decade. Previously taught for three music conservatories and three elementary schools in the Philadephia area. Performed along side such jazz greats as Bobby Shew, Frank Tiberi, Joey Defancesco, Arturo Sandoval and the late Grover Washington Jr. Has performed as both a sideman and band leader nationally and internationally in Europe and Japan. | JOEL PAAT is a jazz pianist, composer, and educator living in Upland, California. He earned a Bachelor of Music degree from California State University, Fullerton in Jazz Piano/Commercial Music and was awarded the Outstanding Jazz Performer prize in 1990. Joel has appeared on stage with well-known jazz artists Tom Scott, Bill Watrous, Bobby McFerrin, Pete Christlieb, Chuck Findley, Vinnie Colaiuta, and Gary Bias among others and has performed at the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland, the Blue Note in New York City, the North Sea Jazz Festival in the Netherlands, the Baked Potato in Hollywood, and Mario’s Place in Riverside, to name a few. Mr. Paat is currently an adjunct professor at Riverside City College where he offers instruction in jazz piano and jazz combo. Offering private jazz piano, improvisation, and theory lessons since 1990, Joel joined the Claremont Community School of Music faculty in 2007 to teach jazz and alternative piano techniques. |

| Maria Perez-Goodman was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico where she received her early musical training. She was a student of Lizzette Rivera and Professor Cecilia Talavera at the Puerto Rico Conservatory of music, where she was in the Advanced Music Program for High School Students. At age 15, Mrs. Perez-Goodman was accepted with scholarship to the Eastman School of Music where she earned a Bachelor's of Music in Piano Performance, with Distinction. She earned her Master's and Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the University of Washington in Seattle. Her doctoral dissertation was on American pianist/composer Louis Moreau Gottschalk and his Caribbean-based compositions. Mrs. Perez-Goodman has participated in several summer music programs including Eastern Music Festival in Greensboro, North Carolina, Music Academy of the West in Santa Barbara and Master Classes International's 4th piano Symposium in Los Angeles. Her teachers include David Burge, Rebecca Penneys, Aube Tzerko, Neal O'Doan, Jerome Lowenthal, Menahem Pressler, Alexander Slobodyanik, Eteri Andjaparidze, and chamber music instructor Zvi Zeitlin. As soloist, Mrs. Perez-Goodman has performed numerous recitals and has appeared as soloist with several orchestras including the Claremont Symphony Orchestra, Puerto Rico Conservatory Orchestra, Beach Cities Symphony and the Hour of Power Orchestra of the Crystal Cathedral. Her schedule of solo recitals has included performances in Spain, Puerto Rico, Washington, New York, and Southern California. She has been a featured musical guest in several television programs and live radio talk shows. Her recent performance of Rachmaninoff's Second Piano Concerto with the Crystal Cathedral Orchestra was broadcast internationally. She currently teaches piano at the Claremont Community School of Music and Azusa Pacific University. |

| William H. Wellwood (Clarinet): Master of Music, Yale School of Music; Doctor of Musical Arts, University of Southern California; Dr. Wellwood has performed in orchestras and chamber groups throughout the United States. He is currently principal clarinetist with the Torrance Symphony Orchestra and bass clarinetist with the American Concert Winds/ Long Beach Municipal Band. He has recently performed on the Distinguished Faculty Concert Series at the Colburn School of Performing Arts in Los Angeles. Other recent performances include the Long Beach Opera, Symphony in the Glen, the Hollywood Bowl (American Concert Winds), the Zipper Orchestra, the Redlands Symphony Orchestra, and the IAMS Faculty Concert Series. His appearances as a soloist have included concerts with the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra, the Cedar Rapids Municipal Band, and the Pomona College Symphony Orchestra. Dr. Wellwood is on the faculty of La Sierra University, the Bellflower Institute of Art Music and Science, the Claremont Community School of Music, and the Colburn School of Performing Arts. He is a member of SYMF and MTAC, where he serves on the Board of Directors and as the VOCE Chair for the MTAC San Gabriel Valley Branch.
